What is Irum Beauty?

A platform that gives you your own branded online store, with product operations automated, when you buy K-beauty products wholesale.

Businesses that buy K-beauty products wholesale can open an online store with their own name, logo and brand colors straight away, and run it with product details, sellable stock, orders and shipping connected to the supply chain. Product listing, repeated updates and sold-out handling happen automatically, so sellers can focus on finding customers and on their sales strategy.

Will my logo be printed on the cosmetics?

No. Your logo applies to the online store. The products keep their original brand, manufacturer and labels.

Your logo, business name and colors are applied to the store pages. There is no feature that replaces the manufacturer, product brand or label of the cosmetics with your logo. Private-label products are made under a separate OEM/ODM contract.

Does the one-click store start selling immediately?

The home page, product pages, categories and cart are created at once. Real selling starts only after payment (PG) review, stock receipt and business verification are complete.

One-click means that once you have entered what is needed (business name, logo, colors, template, product set, pricing policy), the repetitive site setup and product listing are done in one go. The preview opens right away, while payment provider review, stock receipt and seller information checks are shown as separate readiness items. The buy button is enabled only when all of them are in place.

Do I have to list products or mark them sold out myself?

No. Supplier-approved master data is reflected automatically, and stock updates itself from orders, shipments and return inspections.

Product names, ingredients, volumes, images and descriptions are managed centrally by suppliers, and every approved version flows to all connected stores. Your own logo, introduction, banners and pricing policy stay as you set them. Sold-out, recall and expired sales authorizations block new purchases immediately; only exceptions such as sudden price jumps or stock mismatches are gathered in your exception inbox.

Where is the stock kept?

By default you buy in advance and the stock is kept on consignment: in the supplier's or a partner warehouse, shipped for each consumer order.

Stock you buy in bulk is recorded as yours and stored in the supplier's or a partner warehouse. When a consumer orders, the units with the earliest expiry ship first. This model involves buying stock and committing capital - it is not risk-free dropshipping. If you choose to store the goods yourself, you connect or enter the stock and shipping status yourself.

How do bulk purchase benefits work?

Your base brand store opens once your first wholesale purchase is confirmed, and the base fee is waived while recognized purchases meet the threshold for each period.

Benefit thresholds, calculation periods and grace periods are shown before you buy. Recognized purchases are net of cancellations and returns. If you fall short, we notify you in advance and switch to the paid plan after the grace period - your stock, orders and customer data are never blocked or deleted. Domain registration, payment (PG) fees, shipping and storage costs and advertising are not covered by the benefit.

How are retail prices set?

Choose a cost-plus markup, a target margin or manual prices, and each product's retail price is calculated automatically.

A 30% markup on a cost of 10,000 KRW gives 13,000 KRW; a 30% target margin gives 10,000 ÷ 0.7 ≈ 14,286 KRW. They are different policies and are kept separate on screen and in the calculation. Add payment fees, packaging, shipping subsidies and platform fees to see the expected contribution margin; any price change outside your limits keeps the current price and asks for your approval.

Who receives consumer payments?

Payments are settled to the seller through the payment provider (PG) the seller contracted directly. The platform does not hold consumer funds.

Each store accepts payments under the seller's own PG contract; the platform checks the seller's payment connection and its review status. There is no internal wallet or platform escrow, and consumers' card details are never stored.

How do suppliers join?

After business verification and a check of the sales authorization for each brand, suppliers register product masters, supply terms and image usage rights.

Suppliers submit company verification and brand sales authorizations (countries, channels, expiry), then register product masters through the portal or CSV. Once they set how images and descriptions may be reused (the content license), the content is published to seller stores only within that scope. Suppliers who can store and ship on consignment register a warehouse and ship consumer orders.

Is the business verification mark a guarantee of authenticity or quality?

No. Business verification only confirms the business details submitted; it does not guarantee authenticity, efficacy or safety.

Business verification, brand authorization checks, document reviews and trading history are separate indicators. None of them is used as a guarantee of authenticity, efficacy or safety, and verification badges and ranking positions are never sold.

Do you only carry FDA-approved cosmetics?

The FDA does not approve cosmetic facility registrations or product listings, nor does it issue certificates - so we never use "FDA approved".

US MoCRA facility registration and product listing are not approval schemes. Such documents are managed only as "registration and listing records", and no approval badge is created. The EU CPNP is likewise treated as a product notification system.

How does the platform make money?

Supply transaction fees agreed with suppliers, the base fee when the benefit threshold is not met, and fees for advanced features and logistics integrations.

The full consumer purchase amount is never counted as platform revenue. Wholesale volume, retail volume and platform revenue are tracked separately, and brokerage fees and direct distribution margins are never mixed in a single transaction.
