Terms of Service (English translation)

This is a reference translation. If it differs from the Korean terms, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms set the conditions for using the Irum Beauty platform (the "Service") provided by IRUMX (the "Company").

Article 2 (Roles) The Company connects suppliers and sellers and provides tools for creating brand stores, syncing products, forwarding orders and billing. The parties to wholesale transactions are the supplier and the seller; the parties to consumer transactions are the seller and the consumer. The Company does not buy or sell products itself.

Article 3 (Seller information) Each brand store shows the actual seller's business name, representative, business registration number, mail-order business number, address, contacts, customer service and shipping and refund policies.

Article 4 (Payments) Consumer payments are made through the payment provider contracted by the seller; the Company does not hold consumer funds.

Article 5 (Benefits and fees) Thresholds, periods and grace periods for bulk purchase benefits are shown in the Service. Even when a threshold is not met, access to stock, orders and customer data already held is never suddenly blocked or deleted.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct) False efficacy claims, use of products or images without authorization, and misuse of others' trademarks or business names are prohibited.

Article 7 (End of service) If the Service ends, limited administrative access and data export are provided to complete outstanding orders, returns, refunds and settlements.
