Privacy Policy (English translation)

This is a reference translation. If it differs from the Korean policy, the Korean version prevails.

1. Data collected: email, name and affiliation of platform users (supplier and seller staff); for brand store consumers, buyer and recipient details (name, phone, address, email).

2. Purposes: account authentication, order processing and delivery, customer service, and statutory retention.

3. Processing and disclosure: consumer delivery details are shared only to the extent needed for delivery (name, phone, address, delivery note) with the warehouse or carrier shipping that order; suppliers may not use consumer data for their own marketing.

4. Retention: under Korea's e-commerce law, records of contracts, withdrawals and payments are kept for 5 years and records of consumer complaints and disputes for 3 years. Delivery details in fulfillment jobs are masked after the configured period following delivery.

5. Deletion requests: data under statutory retention is kept separately with the reason recorded; other data is destroyed without delay.
